Replacement lids during the warranty
You received a broken lid or it broke during the warranty period?

Please send us a Mail with the following information to: service@glasslock.de
We need the following information: :
- When and where did you buy the product? Please add the invoice if possible.
- How did the lid get damaged?
- What product is broken? You can find the product code on the bottom of the glass container. As example “MCRB-040”
- Please send us a photo of the broken product
Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase replacement lids.
