Replacement lids during the warranty

You received a broken lid or it broke during the warranty period?

No problem, we will help you!

Please send us a Mail with the following information to: service@glasslock.de

We need the following information: :

  1. When and where did you buy the product? Please add the invoice if possible.
  2. How did the lid get damaged?
  3. What product is broken? You can find the product code on the bottom of the glass container. As example “MCRB-040”
  4. Please send us a photo of the broken product

Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase replacement lids.
