1. Under certain circumstances it is possible to get a replacement. Please send us an email us with a photo of the damage to service@glasslock.de with the following information:
   1. When and where did you purchase your container?
   2. Which product is it? Please tell us the product code that is on the bottom of the glass, for example: MCRB-110 or ORRT-178 (see pictures below).
   3. Do you still have a receipt of the purchase? If yes, please attach the receipt to the email. 

1. Except for our shakers and canisters, all fresh food containers are microwave safe. You can recognize the oven containers mainly by the red sealing ring.
2. All products that are not suitable for use in the oven are marked at the bottom of the glass body with the words "not for use in oven".

Yes, please do not use the lid in the oven. Also, we recommend to use the containers after the oven has reached its temperature.

Yes, you can. Please put the lid on in a staggered manner and do not close it at all. This will prevent a vacuum from forming and damaging the lid. We recommend, that you use the standard plastic hoods found in conventional microwaves.

The silicone ring can be removed for easier cleaning. To ensure the maximum seal, the rings are hollow and therefore very delicate. Please do not use sharp tools e.g. knives or forks, but only blunt objects, such as an old credit card. You are welcome to watch our video where the removal of the seal is shown.
