The lid or silicone seal of my food storage box has broken, is it possible to get a replacement?
- Under certain circumstances it is possible to get a replacement. Please send us an email us with a photo of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- When and where did you purchase your container?
- Which product is it? Please tell us the product code that is on the bottom of the glass, for example: MCRB-110 or ORRT-178 (see pictures below).
- Do you still have a receipt of the purchase? If yes, please attach the receipt to the email.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase replacement lids.
